Agency360 is looking for a full-time sales manager in the Fishers/Indianapolis area that will serve a critical player/coach role as we expand our small team. The sales manager will wear a variety of hats blending 30% of their time on new business development tasks, 60% on sales tasks, and 10% on marketing and other team projects. The position requires travel to the 9-10 trade shows we attend each year and once appropriately trained, flexible work hours and work environments are available.
Answering incoming sales calls and responding to email inquiries.
Qualifying and understanding a prospect’s needs
Participating and/or presenting online demos including the opening, closing, or product presentation.
Providing formal quotes and requested follow up information after the demo
Consistently following up with prospects to successfully move them through the sales process
Documenting all sales activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Experimenting with customer acquisition tactics and challenging assumptions to identify ways to amplify and scale the sales process
Attending trade shows and conferences
Completing Request For Proposals (RFPs)
Developing sales tools and helping with outbound campaigns
Working with and helping foster strategic partnerships\
Sharing the responsibility of answering the company’s support line and providing first line responses to support tickets
Your activities and insights improve the conversion rate of inbound leads each quarter, resulting in a steady increase in recurring revenue. You develop an experiment with outbound campaigns that we may be able to scale. Your interactions with the customer are positive and lead to the next step in the sales process. You always create a great experience for prospects and customers, even if they don’t ultimately decide to buy from us.
